Efficient Frontier welcomes Adi Israeli, VP of R&D
Efficient Frontier is proud to welcome Adi Israeli to our team as VP of Research and Development
Adi is an engineer with extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary R&D for the Israeli government. We are thrilled to have his top-notch leadership and technology management skills as we refine our technology in the cryptocurrency markets.
“Adi brings over two decades of experience and knowledge from one of the most rigorous establishments in the world. We’re super excited to have such a talent join our growing team and the industry as a whole,” said Roei Levav, Efficient Frontier’s CEO.
“Efficient Frontier is a leading crypto company whose vision is to help new players entering the industry. The company is moving to put a higher emphasis on smart systems and scaling, which I find exciting and challenging.” Adi said.
After graduating with a degree in electronic engineering from the Technion, Adi began his career in 1997 as an embedded engineer for the Israeli government. Specializing in M2M technology he had several roles including Director of R&D of Embedded Systems, Senior Director of R&D Cyber Department and Chief Technology Liaison Officer. During this time Adi was awarded the Israel Defense Prize as a key stakeholder in the project’s leadership team.
Explaining why he chose to join the crypto industry, he told this story: “Around 2000 I went to the GSM conference in Barcelona when the 3rd generation was just being rolled out. Phones mainly had calls and SMS. No one understood what the future would look like, and everyone was looking for the killer app. A few years later Steve Jobs figured it out and shortly after society deeply changed. I feel that in a certain way cryptocurrency is at a similar point. It’s clear that this is a substantial technology, but the world is only starting to understand its potential.”
Welcome Adi!
