The co-founder of EFFORCE and Apple talked about his experience with efficiency, saying that his entire professional life has been devoted to finding ways to do things using fewer resources than others, in other words, to do them more efficiently.
Speaking about efficiency, he said that in his opinion the task of technology is precisely to improve what has been learned previously.
This also applies to information technology, a field where Steve Wozniak has been working professionally since 1975 when he designed his first personal computer, marketed the following year under the name of Apple I: even back then he was required to find solutions to do more but with less cost.
“And less cost equals to less energy”.
According to Wozniak, this is also what EFFORCE does, by trying to help reduce waste, and therefore energy consumption, be it for air conditioning, for business processes, or for anything else.
What is achieved is not fewer results or results of lesser value. On the contrary, as Woz says, it is necessary to try to achieve even more, simply by using less energy.
All this, as his entire professional career shows, is absolutely possible.
