Stephanie Soares is the Founder of Cape Cod Bike Fit

The Osterville Village Library was buzzing with excitement the evening of October 30th, 2018 as EforAll Cape Cod entrepreneurs were surrounded by their mentors, family and friends for “Progress Pitch” night. The evening started with each of the eight businesses setting up a table to capture the essence of their business and allow attendees to interact with entrepreneurs prior to pitching. The grand finale was each business’ presentation.

Tabling provided a wide variety of experiences for audience members. Washashore Productions’ green screen created a splash! Volunteers donned rain slickers and acted out their version of weathering a storm with various props and plenty of laughs. Nolia Mabel Skin Care Club provided luxurious hand treatments. Reboot GameLab had some games in tow as well as a raffle. Betty Bus of Green Road Refill was represented with various eco-friendly products on display. Sips Cape Cod offered a beer history lesson complete with beer ingredients to smell for a real brewery feel. B Free Coaching and Wellness’ table was complete with signature green Pound drumsticks. Cape Cod Bike Fit displayed a bike and bike fit tools demonstrating a mobile bike fit. Tabling was a fun and interactive way to get comfortable with the audience prior to the presentations.

Next was the main attraction, a 2.5 minute presentation including: business pitch, overview of customer testing and sharing goals for the remainder of the accelerator program. When you are watching a 2.5 minute presentation it seems like a lot of time to fill however once the microphone is in your hand time flies! One by one the EforAll Cape Cod cohort rocked their presentations, ending with roaring applause. The support and energy of all the people in the room was palpable and so important for entrepreneurs in various stages of the journey to make their business goals a reality. I cannot wait to see the progress our Cape Cod cohort makes by final pitch in December! Stay tuned…
