The EforAll Longmont cohort shares their first iterations of their value propositions

After 3 long deep meaningful breaths, which kick off each of our EforAll meetings, the cohort was ready to engage in the session.

Conveniently titled “Business Model Canvas One”, the day’s presentation was led by 2 quest speakers from Front Range Community college, Jim Vernon and Chris McGilvray. We began by going around and giving our 1 sentence pitches, an ice breaker if you will, as well as 2 words describing how we felt about our Mentor teams. It was amazing to hear what some of the cohort came up with.

Words like; privileged, expansive, inspired, humbled, honored and grateful accompanied each member’s introduction. With emotions like these, needless to say, we are all in for a rewarding journey.

The Business Model Canvas was introduced with great detail and as we dissected each component it was made clear how this Canvas would enable us to begin a formative business plan. Customer Segments will be the focus of the next few weeks along with Value Propositions.

I must close by saying, it is truly miraculous to have the great minds of the Northern Colorado community involved in these sessions. We are a lucky bunch, to say the least.
