When Do You Like To Write?

Is it wrong to say — always? (Yes and no)

Writing when it’s pitch dark is an experience. It’s quiet. No one will emerge to disturb you. It is dark, and everyone should be asleep. This is true whether you write near midnight, far beyond sleep time, or whether you woke up far too early to begin writing.
