How to make a new Habit Gradually

Many times in life we are thinking about developing some of the habits, we think that we want to start doing it, start doing that, but never can do that thing right, I think you also find many times in the kind of situations, You are doing something and thinking of starting some new habits like want to start reading books, or it can be anything like to start writing and sharing your thoughts.

I know you have in the situation when you think of starting a similar kind of thing which I have mentioned below.

→ Start writing your though on some platform

→ Start Blogging

→ Start learning new things apart from your career

→ Start cooking your food by yourself

→ Start reading a book

→ Start making video and post it on youtube

→ Start exercising on a daily basis/ Join nearby Gym

It can be anything as I have mentioned some of the new things which you may be thinking of but can never start one. You maybe sometimes even started but gradually you try to avoid it and don’t stick to it.

So, I am saying is how to avoid this kind of scenario and try to adopt this things and start working on it and adopt it as a habit.

First thing you have to think and make a plan for what you want to start.

After that You just have to fix some time for doing that thing.

Like for example if I want to start reading the book,

Then I decided with which book I am starting.

Then I have decided what is my preferred time for reading books.

So, like I have decided to read a book in the morning, So, just after waking up and set your self ready for reading the book, and just without think of anything just start reading, But remember that in starting days don't try to read the whole book or too much so you get obsessed with it and after that start skipping the reading.

So, Just you have to fix like I will read one or two pages in the starting days, If you keep your target small and if you can do this for some days then after that you will not bored of reading books and you do not have to think much before reading like Can I do this or not? Instead after adopting this method, automatically you adopted the habit of the reading book in the morning and you don’ t have to think much like what I have to do at this time, Afterward, you just wake to get afresh and just start reading as you have successfully developed the habit of reading the book by starting with small pages.

So, the main learning of this post is Just Start with small tasks which you can easily achieve, and when you repeatedly do it some days, then it becomes the habit and you do not have to remember, and then onward you automatically start reading on time.
