La cultura de Eiya
Diario platicamos sobre lo que queremos y no queremos para Eiya. Desde nuestro inicio, la conversación ha sido sobre como brindar mas oportunidades y sobre como crear herramientas que realmente necesite nuestro país. Hemos establecido misiones y metas mas grandes que uno mismo, las cuales nos han llevado a ser esa plataforma de empatía, entendimiento y visión. Misiones y metas que están atrayendo al mejor talento.
Es claro que la cultura y el enfoque que ha llevado a Eiya a donde está ahorita no es lo que nos llevará al siguiente nivel. Nos encontramos en una era de crecimiento, donde las tendencias cambian de un momento a otro y el avance tecnológico es mas rápido de lo que uno puede seguir el ritmo. Por lo mismo mantenemos una cultura flexible, abierta a ideas y aportaciones de las mismas personas que la incorporan.

Para nosotros es importante comunicar a nuestras alianzas, mensajeros y al resto de la comunidad de Eiya los valores de esta gran plataforma. Estos valores representan lo que está llevando a Eiya a ser la biciplataforma mas grande del país, y lo que nos mantiene enfocados para crear una comunidad donde todos sus integrantes se sientan respetados, valorados, y que puedan crecer y contribuir como individuos y profesionales.
