Making it a Team Effort

So, you know what’s cool about us? We’re all about teamwork and getting everyone involved. That’s how we tackled our brand revamp.

Our in-house design squad was like a brainstorming whirlwind. They cooked up ideas, tweaked them, and made ’em shine.

Calling in the Pros:

But, we wanted more than just a design perspective. So, we held two big meetings. We brought in the data whizzes, the code wizards, the managers — basically, all our super-smart folks. We wanted their take on our brand journey.

Of course, we didn’t just toss them in the deep end. We came prepared with clear directions and solid concepts. We didn’t want to overwhelm anyone with details.

After every pitch, we didn’t just high-five and call it a day. Nope, we had feedback forms ready. We wanted to know what folks thought, and we listened.

From Teams to the Top

With all that input in hand, we were ready to show our CEO and the bigwigs what we’d been cooking up. Even though the CEO had the final say, it felt great to tell ’em that it was a group effort. We’re all about family, after all.

Long story short, this wasn’t just a design project. It was a team effort, and it’s how we roll at Ekohe — everyone’s got a voice, and that’s what makes our brand truly ours.

Challenge and solutions

Tweaking Without Overhauling

Alright, let’s get real here. When you’re giving your brand a facelift, it’s a bit like walking a tightrope. You want it to look fresh and snazzy, but you don’t want to freak out your loyal peeps with something totally unrecognizable.

So, the first challenge was finding that sweet spot. How do we refresh things without making it look like we went full-on makeover mode? It’s a bit like updating your favorite recipe — you don’t want to change it too much; you just want to add a little extra zing.

Now, here’s where it gets nuts. When you decide to switch up fonts, you’ve got to be meticulous. It’s not just about slapping on a new typeface and calling it a day. Nope, you’ve got to go through every single document, every piece of paperwork, and make sure it’s got the right font.

Consistency is King

And then there’s the consistency thing. We’re talking about making sure that every piece of content, from the tiniest email signature to the biggest presentation, looks like it’s part of the same family. It’s like herding cats sometimes, but we made it happen.
