The government tried to burn me to the ground…
The “controlled” burn set by the US Forest Service back in May got out of hand and wound up burning 342,000 acres of the state including ancestral homesteads dating back to the late 1600’s and @ 5 to 7 of my 20 acres and FEMA denied my claim over political boundaries which is why I am suing them but in the meantime, I’ve been losing $250 a day easy in revenue since May and continue to lose revenue now (peak ski season rates) at twice that.
