Herring rolls with cheddar and pickles

Herring rolls are an appetizing, elegant and very tasty cold appetizer. The most tender herring fillet with pickles, Cheddar cheese, butter and dill is the perfect combination! It is prepared easily and quickly, and it turns out to be extremely delicious and original.

Salted herring (fillet) 2 PCs.
Butter 3.53 oz (100 g)
Cheddar cheese (soft) 3 tablespoons
Pickled cucumbers 2 PCs
Dill greens 4 sprigs
Black bread (rye) 5.29 oz (150 g)

Instruction

Cooking time 30 minutes

Prepare the ingredients for the preparation of rolls from herring. Butter is pre-removed from the refrigerator, it should be soft. Also, during the cooking process, we will need a food film.

Spread the herring fillet overlap on the food wrap and cover with the free edge of the film. Lightly chop the herring and open the food film.

Finely chop the dill. You can leave a few sprigs of dill to decorate the finished rolls. Add the dill to the soft butter and mix.
