Potato rolls with mushrooms

Mushrooms 10.58 oz
Onion 1 PC.
Flour 10.93 oz
Vegetable oil 5 tablespoons
Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Provencal herbs dry 1 teaspoon
Fresh dill (for serving) — 1 bunch
Boiled water 1 Cup
Instruction
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cut the potatoes into pieces and send them to cook. Finely chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms.
Cook the potatoes until soft (20–25 minutes after boiling) and knead until smooth, after draining all the water. Leave the mashed potatoes to cool until warm.
