  1. Intake
    Check your intake. Are you allowing a channel of enemy traffic in your mind?
  2. Imbalance
    Give weight to the right things. Sometimes you need to say “no” to one thing in order to say “yes” to something more important.
  3. Indecision
    Do it or don’t do it, but make a decision. God can’t correct a decision you won’t make.
  4. Integrity
    Integrity means whole. Strive to be the same person in all situations and settings.
  5. Intentions
    Fix your intentions. Transform your thought process from “How am I performing?” to “How can I serve you?”
  6. Imagination
    Reclaim your imagination. Worship uses the same imagination as worry — you just have to point it in the right direction.
  7. Isolation
    Don’t fight your battles alone. There’s power in standing side-by-side in your fight against anxiety.
