This week’s platform update will bring 24 new cryptocurrencies to the Elevatyr app, and three new portfolios all users may choose from. These new tokens and portfolios will give users more freedom than ever to personalize their Elevatyr experience based on their goals and interests. The Atrium Portfolio

This portfolio is comprised of 12 of the most valuable cryptocurrencies available for trading today. They represent many of the industry leaders in the blockchain space, along with several “founding members” of the blockchain industry, including the originator, Bitcoin. These cryptocurrencies have historically been among the most valuable in the world.

Bitcoin — Known as the original cryptocurrency. An independent, decentralized digital currency.

Bitcoin Cash — A “fork” of Bitcoin. Operates much in the same way as Bitcoin, with some differences in the underlying technology.

Ethereum — An open-source blockchain platform that supports smart contract technology. Used as a base layer in other blockchain applications.

Ethereum Classic —The original Ethereum chain, which came to be known as Ethereum Classic following the Ethereum fork event.

XRP — The digital currency tied to the settlement system developed by Ripple Labs. Designed for use by banks and other financial institutions.

Litecoin — A peer-to-peer digital currency developed as a spin off of Bitcoin’s underlying technology.

Cardano — A decentralized smart contract platform that exists as a base layer for other, more specifically intended applications; similar to Ethereum.

Stellar — An open source protocol for digital currency to fiat currency transfers. Supported by the nonprofit Stellar Development Foundation.

Dash — A digital currency that was forked from the Bitcoin protocol. Dash offers support for fast transactions that can be rendered untraceable.

NEO — Known as “Antshares” until its 2017 re-brand, NEO is a decentralized platform or application development. Similar to Ethereum, NEO offers smart contract support.

Monero — An open source digital currency that offers private transactions. Monero uses an obfuscated ledger to hide the identities of transacting parties.

TRON — A blockchain-based operating system designed for scalability.

The Mezzanine Portfolio

This portfolio is composed of 12 of the most popular cryptocurrencies available for trading today. They are connected to a diverse set of blockchain companies, organizations and networks that are leveraging the technology to address a wide array of real world needs. Siacoin — A decentralized cloud storage platform that supports a peer-to-peer ecosystem for shared computing power.

OmiseGO — A scaling solution for finance on the Ethereum network. Enables transparent peer-to-peer transactions in real-time.

Waves — An open-source platform that supports dApp (decentralized application) development. Designed for use by large enterprises and public institutions, alike.

The Concourse Portfolio
