ELI is becoming GoC
Dear supporters,
at Eligma, we aim to make crypto a mainstream commerce phenomenon worldwide. We’re building a payment network to help people get paid seamlessly. We strongly believe in building solutions where cryptocurrencies meet cash. To achieve that, we have decided to migrate the ELI token from the Ethereum blockchain to the faster and more robust Bitcoin Cash blockchain and rename it GoC (GoCrypto). We are aiming to facilitate cheaper and faster transactions and the migration will enable GoC users even quicker in-store payments with many additional wallets. GoC will also be added to the Bitcoin.com Wallet with more than 4 million active users. ELI token migration process will start on November 25, 2019 at 23:00 CET.
Automatic migration will be possible only on November 25, 2019.
If you have your ELI tokens on tokens.net or in the Elly wallet (previously Elipay wallet) before the migration starts on November 25, 2019, you don’t have to do anything. The ELIs will be migrated to GoC automatically. Otherwise, you will need to migrate your ELI tokens to GoC tokens manually. In order to do so, you will need to send your ELI tokens to a deposit address to receive the same amount in GoC (SLP — Bitcoin Cash blockchain compliant) tokens. All the necessary steps you need to take will be explained on our migration website.
*please note: if you withdraw funds from your Elly wallet onto an external wallet, there is a daily limit of the total value equivalent of 1,000.00 EUR or 100.00 EUR, depending on the rank of KYC identification (The General Terms of Use of the Elly Mobile Application).
What will happen after November 25, 2019?
After November 25, 2019 only manual token migration will be possible. For all ELI token owners, we have prepared a website, which will be launched on November 25 and will help you make all the necessary steps to change your ELI tokens into GoC tokens. For 1 ELI token, you will receive 1 GoC token.
The migration process will be open until May 31, 2020 until 24:00 CET. Please note, however, that after the end of the migration period, all non-migrated ELI tokens will be permanently locked. Untradeable, lost, worthless, gone forever. So please take some time and complete the migration process before that date. We will keep reminding you of the migration to make sure that everyone migrates in time. So do not forget to change your tokens in time.
Since Livecoin, Bancor and IDEX do not support SLP tokens, the trading of the ELI token will be terminated on all exchanges from November 25, 2019. Therefore you will need to withdraw your ELI tokens from these exchanges.

To sum up the most important milestones:
- ELI token migration process will start on November 25, 2019 at 23:00 CET;
- If you have your ELI tokens on the tokens.net exchange or in the Elly wallet before the migration starts, ELIs will be migrated to GoC automatically;
- on November 25, 2019 we will launch a website which will help you make all the necessary steps to manually change your ELI tokens into GoC tokens (in case they will not migrate to GoC automatically);
- the trading of ELI token will be terminated on Livecoin, Bancor and IDEX exchanges on November 25, 2019 23:00 CET;
- on November 25, 2019 23:00 CET GoC token will be listed on Bitcoin.com Exchange and tokens.net.
