GENERAL RULES AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE “GOC GIVEAWAY” PRIZE CONTEST

- TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The “GoC Giveaway” Prize Contest (“Prize Contest”) is a prize contest in which the organiser will, in accordance with these General Rules and Terms of Participation in the “Goc Giveaway” Prize Contest (“Terms of Participation”), award a prize to 10 randomly selected wallets used for the GoC token swap in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the GoC Token (“Swap Terms and Conditions”).
Please review our Personal Data Protection Notification (“Notification”) which, together with these Terms of Participation and the Swap Terms and Conditions, constitute the agreement between you and Eligma when you are swapping your GoC tokens, and read them collectively. The Terms of Participation, the Swap Terms and Conditions, and the Notification are available at https://bridge.gocrypto.com/ (“the Website”).
2. ORGANISER OF THE PRIZE CONTEST
The Prize Contest organiser is Eligma Ltd., Letališka cesta 33F, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (hereinafter: Eligma).
Responsible for the organisation, implementation and supervision of the Prize Contest process is a panel consisting of Eligma representatives.
3. THE PRIZE CONTEST
For the duration of the Prize Contest, Eligma will award a prize to 10 randomly selected Binance Smart Chain (“BSC”) addresses used for the GoC token swap in accordance with the Swap Terms and Conditions every day for the duration of the Prize Contest.
Eligma will randomly select 10 BSC addresses every 24 hours during the Prize Contest. The relevant 24-hour period is 00:00 (UTC+2) and 23:59 (UTC+2).
4. THE PRIZE
The prize is 400 GoC tokens on the BSC.
A participant receives GoC tokens onto their BSC address no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours after the random selection.
The winning BSC addresses will be announced on Eligma’s blog.
The random selection is final and cannot be altered.
5. PRIZE CONTEST DURATION
The Prize Contest will take place from 09 September 2021 till 15 September 2021.
Eligma reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Prize Contest.
At any time during the Prize Contest and at its sole discretion, Eligma may, by notice on the Website or Eligma’s blog, temporarily or permanently suspend the Prize Contest for technical or security reasons and such suspension will take effect from the moment of publication of such notice until the same is updated or removed from the Website.
6. OTHER PROVISIONS
Eligma reserves the right to amend and change these Terms of Participation for reasons of technical or commercial nature or reasons beyond Eligma’s control.
Eligma will keep the participants informed on all changes and novelties by publishing them on the Website.
These Terms of Participation are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
In the case of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Participation, the competent court in Ljubljana has the exclusive jurisdiction.
