We started our whitelisting process on 5 March. We would like you to trust in our competence and professionalism from the very beginning and that is why our crowdsale follows the highest legal standards and most rigorous safety procedures. Providing your personal data for the KYC (“Know Your Customer”) procedure is thus necessary for the purchase of ELI tokens. The KYC is a mandatory procedure in the financial world and is becoming a common standard for crowdsales as well, because of the growing concern that cryptocurrencies can be used for illegal activities. Do not worry, we just simply wish and need to know who our supporters are, and we promise to keep your personal data confidential and secure.

We have prepared these detailed instructions to help you get through the KYC process as smoothly as possible.

Detailed instructions

  1. On our website (https://eligma.io) click the link to apply for our whitelist.

2. Click the appropriate KYC type button (if you want to contribute as an individual, click the INDIVIDUALS button or if you want to contribute in the name of a legal entity, click the LEGAL ENTITIES button).

3. Enter all the appropriate personal information and your ETH wallet address you will use for sending ETH and receiving ELI tokens. Please note: DO NOT LIST ONLINE EXCHANGE ETH ADDRESSES, AS YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE ELI TOKENS TO THOSE ADDRESSES AND THOSE TOKENS MIGHT BE LOST.

Indicate whether you want to contribute more than 15 ETH.

If you are acting in the name of a legal entity, you have to enter additional company and legal representative information.

4. Start the identification verification procedure:

Enter you national ID document (passport, national ID card, driver’s license etc.) information (document type, document number, document issue date and document expiration date). Upload the following items by clicking SELECT and browsing to the appropriate file or drag the files to the appropriate fields:

- Frontside and backside of your valid photo ID document. Make sure that the image is clear and legible and not obscured by your hand and/or fingers. If the document is very old and/or features non-natural face changes, like glasses, beard, moustache, tattoos, scars etc., we might ask you for additional information.

- Utility bill. This can be a public service bill, telephone bill, bank account statement or similar. It must include your full name, address, document date and name of the issuer. It must not be older than 3 months.

- Selfie with ID and date (a selfie is a photograph you take of yourself). You can write the date on a piece of paper and hold it in your hand with your ID so that it is clearly visible.

When taking a selfie, be mindful of the following:

· Stand in a well-lit space, where your face, piece of paper and/or ID are clearly visible, and the photo is focused.

· Do not tilt your piece of paper in such a way that the date is not visible.

· Do not obscure your face, piece of paper and/or ID.

If you are having problems with any of these elements you need to upload, click the question mark above the SELECT button next to each field.

When the progress bar reaches 100 %, your file is uploaded even though the small animated icon keeps turning.

5. Please read our disclaimer for KYC Individuals and/or legal entities, terms of sale for ELI tokens and the consent for processing your personal data. Confirm both boxes under the terms of sale (as pictured below). Doing this is mandatory to be able to contribute in the token sale. If you want to receive the transaction confirmation over e-mail or mobile phone or to receive e-mail news and updates, tick the respective boxes pictured below (this is optional).

6. Click SUBMIT.

You will be redirected to a page, confirming that the process is complete. A security token is also listed on this page. When you are receiving e-mails from Eligma, always check for this security token to be able to avoid phishing and/or scam e-mails.

In case your KYC process is rejected, you will receive an e-mail explaining what the reason for the rejection was.
