The first Elipay location in Croatia — opened by Roger Ver!
Yesterday, Elipay opened the first location in Croatia. The grand opening took place in the beautiful seaside town of Opatija, famous for its promenade and fantastic hotels. So, it is not surprising that the first Elipay transaction in Croatia took place at one of them — the five-star Navis Design Hotel.
The first transaction was performed in Bitcoin Cash — by a very special guest. This week, Eligma is hosting crypto legend Roger Ver, the owner of Bitcoin.com and the leader of the Bitcoin Cash movement. He is visiting Slovenia and Croatia in the scope of the partnership between Eligma and Bitcoin.com. Great news for all Bitcoin.com enthusiasts: at all 300+ locations accepting Elipay, you are now also able to pay with the Bitcoin.com Wallet, also in Croatia, of course!
