I am the youngest of four sisters. My oldest sister is the mother of an extremely intelligent three-year-old boy named Lucas. He is loved and cared for every day by his large amount of family and friends. Lucas is full of personality and loves to spend his time playing in the backyard when the weather is nice. Like any three-year-old, he is very expressive about how he feels. He is clumsy and tends to trip over his own feet. However, this doesn’t discourage him from continuing to play.

This photo was taken moments before he expressed his feelings about the nice weather to his Aunt “Biff” (AKA, me).

Excited and ready to play, Lucas started his journey to his most prized possession, the sandbox.

He was only on the ground for a few short seconds. He felt he was much too busy to just lay around.

At last, Lucas finally made his way to the sandbox he has been waiting for since last summer. Here he will taste the sand (while no one is looking), throw the sand, and just be his goofy self.
