Elk Rush: Avalanche Campaign Recap

Avalanche was the birthplace of Elk Finance. First there was $ELK, then came the ElkDEX, and shortly afterwards the ElkNet connected Avalanche to Fantom and Polygon. Since then we have added sixteen more chains, the latest being Ethereum, Optimism and Arbitrum One.

Avalanche Summit 2022

In celebration of the Avalanche Summit this year, which we were delighted to attend, we joined forces with a multitude of Avax ecosystem projects to provide a liquidity mining extravaganza. Meeting fellow builders in Barcelona was a wonderful experience and gave the Web3 and DeFi space real meaning as we put faces to names and spoke to real people — a situation that is rather different from the digital world we all inhabit!

There was a lot of enthusiasm surrounding what we are creating at Elk, and we were buoyed by the welcome we received. Connecting and forming relationships with seventeen separate projects in such a short time was great to behold. While not exactly the #ELK17 we were hoping for, it is a splendid result and one that we are incredibly pleased to have attained. Fifteen of these partners contributed to LP farming boosts. And nine contributed to the finale bonus (skip to the end to find out what this is).

Furthermore, our Moose NFTs got listed on Kalao & TofuNFT and we achieved the highest 30-day Volume & 3rd highest Social Engagement on Avalanche during the event.

With increased liquidity for our partners through the Dual Boost feature for ElkDEX farming, our partners are now well-positioned for Cross-chain Swaps and the door is ajar for potential moves into our Bridging-as-a-Service (BaaS) future through the Elk Software Development Kit (SDK).

Elk Rush Avatar collection

The Elk Avatar collection consists of X different avatars, each representing one of the partners that participated in the Elk Rush: Avalanche campaign. The collection also includes a unique set of avatars made specifically for Avalanche Summit attendees with whom we met and joined our special Telegram group during the Summit.

The Elk Rush NFT Collection will be pre-minted and will be listed on the Joepegs NFT marketplace on Avalanche with a floor price of 1 AVAX per NFT.
