Elk Season 2: The Network Effect
Greetings and good bridging, Elk Herd, Elksters, Elkamaniacs, Elkaholics, and Elkemists. It’s time! We are thrilled to announce the second Elk Season, our 5-week community event stacked with challenges, airdrops, giveaways, and exclusive NFTs.
The prizes and challenges this time are bigger and more exciting than ever, reflecting our enormous growth as a community since the first season. In total, there are 5,000 ELK up for grabs, along with dozens of custom NFTs and co-sponsored promotions featuring our network partners.
Season 2 is named “The Network Effect,” since many of the challenges are designed to leverage Elk’s powerful cross-chain capabilities and encourage the community to explore each of the chains Elk supports.
Elk Season 2 will run for five weeks, from September 24 through October 29. Each week, community members can earn points through various challenges, tracked by the Elk Season Leaderboard. At the end of each week, a 500 $ELK prize pool will be airdropped to everyone on the leaderboard based on their point totals. Point totals carry over each week, and many challenges can be completed at any time, which means you can join at any point and still receive generous rewards.
To register and start earning points:
- Simply fill out the Elk Season 2 Registration Form.
- Invite your friends! You can earn additional points by referring people to join in the festivities.
Make sure you join our Elk Discord server, which will serve as home base for challenge announcements and community submissions. If you are not on Discord, we have also created a special Elk Season Telegram channel where announcements will be posted.

Note: Airdrops are capped at 50 $ELK per entrant per week. Leaderboard totals are cumulative and will not reset after every week.
Expect multiple surprises along the way, as well as 2000 $ELK in additional rewards tied to specific challenges.
As an extra special bonus, we are pleased to announce a limited edition set of Elk Trading Cards issued as NFTs on Polygon. Each card has a special design based on the Elk Team Moose illustrations, and includes an interactive Spotify code that links to that character’s theme song. (Some special cards may even carry special bonus features…).
Cards can be earned throughout Elk Season by completing challenges and entering Discord raffles.

To kick off this party in style, Elk is partnering with Trader Joe, the leading DEX on Avalanche, to sponsor a two-week farming and trading competition.
The top 3 finishers will take home a share of $5,000 furnished by Trader Joe & unique NFT trophies designed by Elk!
