Moose Airdrop

With the newest chains now live on the ElkNet we are ready to distribute the airdrop rewards to all Moose holders.

Now that Ethereum, Arbitrum and Optimism have been added, it’s time for the Moose Holder airdrops to wend their way to Elk town. As previously mentioned, Moose holders on all chains will receive the following $ELK airdrops per Moose.

• Uncommon 4.2 ELK per new chain
• Rare 6.3 ELK per new chain
• Epic 8.4 ELK per new chain

Snapshot and distribution

Because Moose held on marketplaces are not always eligible for the airdrops, we will take a snapshot of Moose holder addresses on all qualifying chains: Avalanche, Polygon, Fantom, HECO, BSC, Gnosis (formally xDAI).

• Snapshot time: Friday 13th May, 2359 UTC
• Only Moose in wallets will be eligible
• Distribution, after the snapshot, on Polygon

xDAI (now Gnosis) Moose ELK refund

The xDAI Moose were sold on the promise that the cost of the Moose would be returned, in ELK, once the funds raised had been used to bootstrap liquidity on a new chain launch. This bootstrapping has now occurred and the airdrop for the xDAI Moose refunds will also occur post-snapshot.

Any xDAI Moose that has been transferred to another wallet will qualify for the refund in ELK, and the funds sent to the wallet holding the Moose, NOT the minting wallet.

N.B. This is the last time a Moose mint cost will be refunded. BSC and subsequent Moose sales will not be eligible for refunds.
