According to the Chinese zodiac, the year 2024 is the year of the Dragon. That has to be written with a capital D as it’s the most powerful creature out of the twelve. And take note, unlike the rest of the crew, it’s not even a real animal but a mythical one. You may need to bow a few degrees to your knees.

Now this isn’t saying those born in the year of the Rat, Pig and Rabbit aren’t saying much. They do plenty. The Dragon is their protector. Each animal has a unique disposition, crucial for balancing the Universe. This is a big deal for those into Feng Shui, esoteric knowledge, and for practically a huge population of Southeast Asia where I live.

To deepen the context to those unfamiliar, in Chinese culture, the Dragon holds a significant place as an auspicious and extraordinary creature, unparalleled in talent and excellence. The Dragon is like Mariah Carey in terms of vocal prowess in the music industry. Try as you might, but you can’t outdo the Queen of the high octave whistle.

Like a celestial Diva, the Dragon symbolizes power, nobility, honor, luck, and success. There’s been a lot of excitement this round as 2024 is forecasted to bring about a lot more prosperity and exciting…
