Step 1

go to https://www.periscope.tv/_Elrashid and change _Elrashid to your Twitter or periscope UserName

Step 2

Click on the Target stream on the right then copy the link (URL) for the addressbar save the link

Step 3

Google “periscope download online”
https://www.google.ae/search?q=periscope+download+online

Go to any result (they change with Time)

I tried http://downloadperiscopevideos.com/

Step 4

Enter target stream link (URL) and click download

Step 5

go To https://www.youtube.com/upload

and upload the file

Step 6

After file done unloading and processing

Go to the video URL

Step 7

Click Edit

Step 8

Go to Enhancements

Step 9

Rotate the File Left or Right

Click on Auto-Fix

Click on Stabilize

Then Click Save

Step 10

Go to https://www.youtube.com/my_videos?o=U

Waite until Edit in progress disappear

May take up about an hour

Step 11

Then Download your Video
