Emanate is in the process of increasing access to the network and building liquidity for the $EMT token through a series of initiatives.

Quick Links:

$EMT is now available on ethereum

  • $EMT has just been deployed to the ethereum blockchain, where it can be accessed for the purpose of trading and exposure.
  • The erc20 version is for trading only, it does not yet have utility on emanate.live
  • As EOS/ETH bridge keeps the max supply in check
  • The EMT erc20 contract is a proxy contract, designed to be upgradeable as the Emanate journey continues.

and available on SushiSwap

PLEASE NOTE: full EMT utility will be supported on emanate.live by April 20th after the Beta deployment. To get prepared, the EOS/ETH bridge provides a way of moving between chains.

How to use the bridge

The Bifrost bridge provided by the DAPP network, can be used to send EOS based EMT tokens to Ethereum and back the other way. Please note that the $EMT erc20 token and transfer process is only really suitable for medium-large sized wallets, due to the following:

  • It costs around 80 EOS to bind your ethereum and EOS address
  • The bridge takes 0.2% of your EMT as a transaction fee
  • Gas is currently high for transactions, trading and liquidity pool participation
  • You will also pay gas to send EMT back over to EOS

That said, this bridge will help with high-level arbitrage, and the EMT erc20 version exposes Emanate to a whole new community of traders, artists and music lovers.

Emanate is also bridging to Polygon as part of the Beta deployment in April 2022.

Let’s go

https://bifrost.dappfronts.io/

  1. Select EMT from the token dropdown

2. Bind your EOS and Ethereum wallets

3. Select the amount to bridge across and check the fee

4. Submit the transaction on both chains and wait a few minutes

5. Trade on SushiSwap and stake liquidity
