During our long journey in the market, and with projects that took place in several industries, we find certain disciplines that are transversal and fundamental for the development and sustained companies’ growth. There are basic areas such as Strategic Management, Innovation, Project Management and Business Analysis. By deepening in the different disciplines, we can implement a consistent system that increases productivity. Our goal is to create in each participant:

To achieve our goal, we have developed 8 training courses:
Project Management
PMP® Exam Preparation. It prepares you to obtain the prestigious PMP® certificate from the PMI®-Project Management Institute, is composed of 5 modules, which can be taught independently.
Project Management. It is a training where different techniques, tools and processes of project management are taught. It’s a way to organize work in order to produce results. It is based on the PMBOK® Guide from the PMI-Project Management Institute.
Sustainable Project Management. Your company can be economically viable, environmentally correct and socially responsible, integrating sustainability into projects. The training is based on the PRiSM® international standard of GPM- Green Project Management.
Scrum — Agile Project Management. The main objective of agile project management is to guarantee value, agility at work and flexibility. This training is based on the practices of the Agile Manifesto, as well as the practices contained in the Scrum Guide from Scrum.org.
Strategy Management
We need more and more to think strategically in a world in constant evolution. This training teaches how to develop a methodology for strategic management, creating objectives, indicators and goals that allow value creation.
Business Analysis
This training presents techniques, tools and processes to determine product / service requirements that add value to the business. It is based on PMI Guide to Business Analysis of the PMI®-Project Management Institute.
The1stFloorChallenge (#T1FC)
T1FC is a global challenge, consists of a real Project Management situation in which each team builds a Drone, with the objective of applying Project Management, Sustainability and Design Thinking methodologies in a integrate way.
It is an excellent Team Building activity. The participants develop aspects of negotiation, conflict resolution, problem solving and communication. the1stfloorchallenge.com
