Today is The First Day of the Rest of My Life.

My weight loss journey is about to start

The doctor approved medication to help me lose weight by suppressing my appetite. I need to lose 70 lbs, so it may take a year, but that’s fine; I’m not going anywhere.

The antipsychotic pills I take presently are helping my mental health. I don’t remember the last time I could read books as I am now! And the dark presence behind my neck IS GONE. Praise the Lord (and the doctors and science)! But they make the body retain water AND cause a HUGE increase in appetite, hence my weight gain.

This new med I’m about to take today is costly, but it is an investment we (my wife is very supportive) are willing to make.
