Our way to make the Embrace right

Dear Embrace supporters,
This time of the year should be filled only with good news. We are approaching it with mixed feelings, as we have some good news, but also some disappointing. We worked around the clock to make four iterations of testing, tweaking, re-testing, fixing and more testing. Despite all our efforts and sleepless nights, the Embrace shipments we had planned for December are not yet ready.
While we can start with some limited shipments in a few weeks, the pace will be much slower than we hoped.
