You are Invited to General Washington’s Christmas Boat Party on The Delaware River

Hey team!

What a year it has been! From declaring our independence in July to the continued work we’ve put in on the Revolutionary War, everyone’s been working hard! It’s time to kick back, relax and suit up for adventure with our holiday party.

This year will be special because we’re going to be on a boat on the Delaware River!

December 25th 1776 After sunset

Where:
McKonkey’s Ferry, Delaware to Trenton, New Jersey

Agenda:
Pile in to tiny boats
Navigate an icy river in the dark
Endure blizzard conditions
Secret Santa Surprise for the Hessian Troops
Get back on boats

Menu:
The same rations we always have, but this time we’ll be putting them on a boat.

Dress Code:
Very warm clothing and muskets. All the muskets.
