Breinchild’s Manifesto for a Better Tomorrow
While sorting through some files, I came across Breinchild’s Manifesto. This was written by Craig, our CEO, in the very early days before Emplify was even born. The business was still working through how it would show up in the world…a world-leading Innovation Lab, a digital innovation ecosystem, building our own innovations?
I want to share the Manifesto with you for a couple of reasons. First, it tells you about our heart…what we believe in. We are passionate about innovation for good and the power of people to drive innovation forward. Second, it’s inspiring. It talks about innovation grounded in genuine value and humanity, reaching beyond the traditional success metrics to achieve greater impact.

Innovation comes in two forms:
That which is self-serving,
And that which serves the common good.
We care about the common good.
Our purpose: to help the world thrive.
We exist to help the world evolve into better states.
To be more skilled, more secure, and more connected.
To be healthier, more prosperous and more playful.
Because we believe these are the pillars of a fulfilling and sustainable future for all mankind.
But we know innovation isn’t easy.
Something this crucial shouldn’t be this hard.
That’s why our mission is to enable and empower innovation founded upon empathy.
We blend robust analysis with vibrant creativity to design innovations that resonate, restore and refresh.
So, how will we achieve our goals?
With Bravery to step into the unknown.
Honesty, to eliminate the things that would divide us.
Curiosity, to keep asking questions until we find the answer.
Respect to ensure everything we do is for the common good.
And Empathy so we can focus our efforts in the right places.
We’ll design products that encourage and inspire innovation through open minds.
That helps us create insightful strategies,
See magical possibilities like a child,
And design outcomes like an architect.
We understand that human energy and spirit are the wellspring that nurtures and nourishes us.
It’s precious to our existence and ensures we keep driving forward in the pursuit of more sustainable and fulfilling tomorrows.
