According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, millennials are predicted to make up approximately 75% of the workforce by 2030. About a quarter (26%) of millennials believe they shouldn’t be expected to stay in a job for more than a year before looking for a new position. Meanwhile, 41% of Baby Boomers say workers should stay with an employer at least five years before looking for a new job.
