2019 in Reflection
At EA, we are passionate about empowering teachers, students, and professionals so that they can create more impact in the society. And we do so by creating amazing workshop experiences. That’s what we have been doing — sharpening our skills in understanding, designing, and facilitating participant-centric workshops so that they leave with a sense of empowerment. Just like earlier years, 2019 has been an awesome year of sharing, learning, reflecting, and growing. We want to thank all the schools, colleges, and institutions we’ve worked with this year. January:

A 1-day workshop on “Ideation” for the participants of Sujata Basket Changemaker Bootcamp
Our first workshop in 2019 was with the wonderful people at Women Lead Nepal, an ngo working in the empowerment of young women.

A 1-day workshop on “Motivation, Mindset, & Methodology” for the teachers of Budhanilkantha School
It was a dream come true for us to be able to conduct a teacher workshop at one of the finest institutions of Nepal. We did train but we ended up learning even more.

TeachLAB (Pilot)
Inspiring Innovation in Teaching, a 3-day workshop based on design thinking and Labs model practiced at Oamk Labs, Finland
This was one of the biggest accomplishments in 2019 as we designed, developed, and conducted this 3 day program for teachers and professionals with an objective to bring innovation in teaching. Too many learnings.
