When we first got together, we were like Serial Season 1 –
We were daring, exciting and new.
Everyone loved us. Our future seemed long-form.

But now, it seems we’re more Serial Season 2 –
We’re plodding and dull and laborious.
To be honest, I don’t really care what happens next.

Our late night talks once resembled a Marc Maron interview –
Challenging and dynamic.

These days they’re more akin to a Marc Maron monologue –
I kind of want to skip them altogether.

There must be 538 ways to leave your lover,
and that’s why I’ve gathered this attached data,
proving why we should do so.
