The inauguration of Radio Bless on September 8, 2020.

XHCSAP-FM La Paz, Baja California Sur, signed on September 8 as “Radio Bless”, carrying Christian talk programming on 101.5 MHz.

We learned at the start of this year, in an En Frecuencia exclusive, that the Centro Familiar Cristiano church would be managing the outlet:

The station is owned by Voz de Transformación, A.C., a vehicle for the Barra Nacional de Abogados Cristianos (National Bar of Christian Lawyers), an evangelical group. BANAC also owns XHCSBI-FM 104.3 “Radio Restauración” in Chilpancingo, Guerrero, which began broadcasting on its officially assigned frequency a year ago, and the unbuilt XHCSAO-FM 89.1 in San Felipe, Baja California; further applications remain pending for Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo and Lázaro Cárdenas, and BANAC is believed to have other concession-applying vehicles. It has been 18 months since the IFT approved the trio of BANAC concessions.

Moisés Mireles Carrillo, CFC pastor, hosts a program on the new XHCSAP-FM.

In addition to programming produced in La Paz by CFC and other churches, the station is airing at least one other show that is produced out of town, Tiempo de Esperanza, originates in Loreto at a Christian church there.
