SEVEN LITTLE WORDS… just seven little words. It’s that easy for your eyes to open… your heart to melt… your life to change.

What are those seven little words? They are the words that parents with limb different children wait to hear. Then the day comes when a small voice finally asks the question in seven little words..

“Are there other people just like me?”

So what comes next? You look for support, you look at photos and, sometimes…just sometimes…you come across a man with vision and a community of volunteers who rekindle the hope that had been left behind.

My son, Ethan “Falco”, received his first device in the summer of 2014. So what do you do to pay back such kindness? Well, you jump right in, become a volunteer and begin to pay it forward.

May 15 will mark two years of being an active member of the e-NABLE Community and nearly a year of being part of the Enable Community Foundation. As a family we help spread the word, work to help others become involved and, in general, help spread the magic that has been created.

And it all started for us with just seven little words….

Prosthetic limbs and hands can be very costly. But using 3D-printing technology with the support and collaboration of thousands of volunteers from around the world, the e-NABLE community works to create and donate free 3D-printed hands and arms for those in need. Lend a hand or donate today.
