Plant-based foods bring more to the table than any other kinds of food, especially animal-based. Seriously, who needs factory made food when you have an ample supply of natures cuisine surrounding you? That’s right, the benefits of eating plant-based foods are astronomical.

Plant-based foods will positively change the health of the world, just one bite at a time.

Plant foods really do just bring more to the plate.

Animal-based foods are unfavorable to your livelihood

Animal-based foods will be your ultimate undoing. They are consumed by saturated fats, which are linked to heart disease and strokes. The proteins found in animal tissue contain tons of more sulfuric amino acids than the proteins found in plants. This means your body is producing more sulfuric acid when it burns animal proteins than when it burns plant proteins. GET THIS: When your body is burning a lot of sulfuric acid, it produces an excess acid load called Metabolic Acidosis. To mask the acid excess, your body will steal calcium from your bones and through your kidneys.

The fight against free radicals

Free radicals are the villains of molecules: unstable and something you don’t want to be apart of. Free radicals are molecules that form naturally in your body. However, high amounts of free radicals are extremely dangerous and will ultimately hinder your health. Free radicals play a huge role in developing cancer and other heath conditions. They damage all of the essential components of your cells, such as DNA, proteins, and cell membranes. Free radicals are created when an atom or a molecule gains or loses an electron. Here’s how:

Ionizing radiation, such as rays entering Earths atmosphere from outer space, x-ray procedures, and radioactive substances.

Environmental toxins, such as cigarette smoke, high-oxygen atmospheres, and some metals

Brace yourself, free radicals don’t really stand a fighting chance against plants.

Plants running the show and saving the day

Do you ever just admire the beauty of a colorful plate of fruits and vegetables? Their colors are actually derived from chemicals called antioxidants, found almost exclusively in plants. Antioxidants are only found in animal-based foods to the extent that the animal eats the plants, and stores them in their tissues. Antioxidants are professionals at shielding and neutralizing free radicals. Even though the body makes ~some~ antioxidants, it relies on external sources found in fruits, vegetables, and grains for help.

What the entire population should be eating

PLANTS, obviously! The benefits of a plant based diet are infinite. Plants are our natural medicine, i.e. antioxidants! The more we eat it, the less chance we have from getting a chronic disease. Plant foods contain a bulkier amount of antioxidants, fiber, and minerals than found in animal foods. Animal foods have tons of cholesterol and fat. Its practically written in the stars. Research has proven that heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancers can simply be reversed by diet. This is not a joke! Plants really are the key to success. I guarantee that you will have a healthier life just by adding more plants to your regular diet. That is why we must keep our health at our top priority. Remember, you can buy almost anything, but not your health.
