Rebranding and Forward Momentum
The road to the third annual Texas Collegiate Esports Leadership Summit is a long one with challenges at every turn. However, rebranding allows us more flexibility in all areas of the program and lets us communicate better in general. In terms of communication, the “End Game” is what we are looking at when we help collegiate organizers level-up their programs. What is the end game? Well, that’s what the journey with us is all about, so read on!
A Mouth Full
I don’t know about you, but we got tired of saying Texas Collegiate Esports Leadership Summit every time. We needed a name that communicated what we did and what are goals are, which is how we came to the End Game Collegiate Leadership Summit, or just the End Game Summit for short. So End Game Summit is what we will be calling our annual gathering henceforth for the ease of communication, and it just sounds way cooler.
Returning to Six Foot and The Focus
Yes, we are returning to Six Foot HQ in Houston, TX. Our host for last year have been generously gracious to offer their facilities for yet another weekend in their studio. This year we want to focus more on you and how to move forward with what you have as a collegiate organizer or school administrator. Learning to develop best practices is great! We want to take a step further and help you with evaluating your best practices so that you can either replace or improve them. Remember, marry the goal not the strategy.
Industry Partnerships and Partnerships in General
We are working on a plan for industry partners to gain more value in participating in the summit so that we can bring more value to our attendees in turn. Last year we managed to gain some generous support from companies like Dell, Twitch Student, Nerd Bird, Red Bull, UConnect, HyperX, Six Foot, and Grey Box. We were so excited to get all this support! But at the same time we still felt like we weren’t doing enough, which is where you come in.
By participating in the summit we want to offer you the opportunity to partner with us in our collegiate community. We want to be a part of your development all the way to the end game. By providing you with the resources of our expertise and experience within the space, we can connect you with industry partners much faster than if you were to do it on your own. Many of them want to be a part of your vision too! We can help shape your vision so that you get the value you’re looking for while also providing value to our partners. We’re all in this together, and the best way forward is by collaborating as much as possible.

Yes, but how?
The road map to growth needs to be tailored to each organization individually. There’s no magic formula for success, but sustainable habits and dedication can lead to exponential growth. Think about how you came to lead your organization, what you want your organization to accomplish, and then how to get there. We want to be a part of that and we’re confident that the industry at large wants to be as well.
