We have an announcement to make! Our artistic direction team is growing. We’re welcoming two of our community’s best to the helm. Say hi to the team that will help us ride the tides of performance. Thank you for sticking with me through this clumsy metaphor. Now the news:
Stacy Beckley and Natasha Vinik will be joining our long time Artistic Director, Sal Testa as full time members of this team. Our AD team is responsible for responding to show pitches, and scheduling shows. They are the main point of contact for show producers, and the artistic voice of Endgames Improv.
Stacy has been with Endgames since the very early days, and was a member of one of our very first house teams, Kill Your First. She’s helped us as volunteer coordinator and social media expert. If you’ve ever liked one of our tweets, she wrote it. You can see her in San Francisco Tonight every Saturday at 10:30pm.
Natasha is an Endgames teacher, performer, and producer. She’s well known for her work with Taco Monster, and was a member of Endgames Harold team There’s Hope. You can find her every week in Missed Connections, Wednesdays at 9pm. She’s also the host of Hot Garbage on Fridays every other month. Go see her perform stand up if you want to truly live.
I myself will be slowly stepping out of the AD role to focus on our education program, and generally managing many things at Endgames. I fully trust that these three excellent humans will fill our stage with vibrant, diverse, and hilarious shows. I’ve known all of them for some time, and can’t name a more talented, thoughtful group to help us create the best improv comedy stage in the entire bay area.
