With that being said I want to talk about a specific Facebook group called New Urbanist Memes for transit-Oriented Teens. The Facebook page is called The New Urbanist Memes for Transit-Oriented Teens, but the members are called NUMTOTs. This group has a wide range of followers since being created.
This group was founded in 2017 by college students and has accumulated thousands of active members in one year. The New Urbanist Memes for Transit-Oriented Teens does seem like a very widespread group across the internet because not only is it very popular on Facebook it also has some active followers on other platforms and forums.
The New Urbanist Memes for transit-Oriented Teens does not have their own official websites but you can still learn and find them on other platforms and forums such as Twitter, Reddit, Quora and has a fan page on Instagram where people go to share their story, interact with each other, share popular memes, be entertained. that is why it does not necessarily have its own websites because it is primarily based on Facebook which is its original foundation if that makes sense.

So, over all I would not say that this community is decentralized as its members on other platforms and forums other than their Facebook page
