Google is in just about every aspect of your life if you’re an online business person or entrepreneur. What happens when the services you’ve come to expect goes haywire? Your life is severely messed over, at least temporarily.

When your email and services suddenly go down, your life goes awry. This almost never happens at a convenient time. If you have anything going on in your personal life, it’s horribly compounded when your digital life goes, well, wonky.

Let’s say your hosting is with one company, your domains are with another company, and your premium email accounts go down.

Suddenly, stuff is screwed up. And, it becomes a he-said-she-said issue.

Maybe Bluhost points to Siteground, and Siteground points to Bluehost, each claiming the other is at fault.

The truth is that you don’t particularly care who is at fault; you just want everyone to do their job properly, and your email to work seamlessly because you are paying for this premium service, after all.

In 2023, Google is raising the rates of its premium services: YouTube, music streaming, and Google Workspace by 20%.

Let’s shoot straight; I don’t mind paying for premium services that work for me. But, Google is big enough to own other companies like GoDaddy and others, or at least make them behave properly.
