Assets, one of five new products coming this later this summer from Pitchengine, is all about simplifying the brand asset process for PR, marketers, journalists and other stakeholders.

With more than 50,000 brands having uploaded corporate brand assets like logos, images, boilerplates and more onto the Pitchengine platform, there’s a whole lot of resources that were previously “unearthed” without a some digging.

Now, Assets aims to set that free and make it easy for brands everywhere to upload, manage and share all sorts of digital assets more freely.

This isn’t Dropbox or Google Drive. We’re trying to accomplish a very simple thing that shouldn’t require a big commitment — either in time or resources. We’ve been dogfooding this for years, but it wasn’t until we started mapping out new products that someone said, “Hey, that would make a really useful product for our users!”

It’s true. Oftentimes, assets like logos (especially in the correct formats) are tied-up on some graphic designer’s hard drive or hidden in a spider web of corporate folders and files. Assets will provide a simple, straightforward page with shareable links so the communications pros can push them out whenever necessary.

It’s the perfect complimentary product to Pitchengine’s Newsroom replacement, “Newsboards,” which is due for release later this summer as well.

Stay tuned!
