I love this series of commercials. With full certainty I can say that no other vehicle commercials have been solidified in my brain as much as these have.

In making that hyperbolic statement it can be easily stated how Subaru clearly appeals to emotion and has heavy pathos use. Dogs are very well-liked by many people and most viewers finding the animals themselves physically cute. But in addition the situation presented with a shy son, a caring parent, and a resistant to let go parents resonates much with the older “has a family” audience that would most likely be purchasing an SUV. But logos is apparent too because the emotional reactions of all the dogs is realistic and relateable to real people going through those situations

Combining these elements of cuteness, and emotional sentiment helps ingrain this commercial into the hearts and minds of all who view it. As stated before the actually demographic likely to purchase the car will be more drawn into purchasing an SUV. But those who are not thinking about buying cars will at very least have a more positive mindset about Subaru because this very heart-warming commercial appeals to them
