Time and Distance Overcome Response

When reading about telephone poles I find it funny that back then many people had so many problems with them and caused problems for the workers, and now they’re almost everywhere and people use phones all the time. However, when I read about one of the “uses” of telephone poles which were lynching I feel sad that they were used so often for something so horrible. The fact that so many articles which come up when you search for telephone poles are about lynching and also the fact that there are so many lynching articles, in general, is unfortunate.
