The Pov of the short story “girl” was of the girl and her daily chores and tasks. These tasks her mother tells her to do are very stereotypical things that woman have to partake in. Nowadays being a female is completly different then it was 100 years ago and I think its time to stop telling girls they needs to clean the kitchen and make dinner and do the laundry.
