Shakespeare’s Othello remains as relevant today as when it was first written in the early 1600s, due to its its varied and enduring themes of racism, love, jealousy, betrayal, revenge and repentance.

As part of our latest tour of this renowned classic, ETT has partnered up with Amal (a programme of the Saïd Foundation) on The Othello Project — a series of talks, workshops and artistic responses, curated with host venues and local artists across the 2018 UK tour of Othello.

Behind the scenes of ‘Green Eyed’

‘Green Eyed’ is an artistic response to Othello from visual artist, Mohammed Ali — www.aerosolarabic.com .

The Othello Project is supported by Amal — a programme of the Saïd Foundation, and by Saker Nusseibeh. Find out more at ett.org.uk and amal.org.uk
