BRIQ raises $3M to bring data intelligence to construction & real estate
We’re excited to announce our latest construction saas investment in BRIQ, a Santa Barbara-based company that is bringing data intelligence and machine learning to allow builders to make better strategic decisions.
We led their $3M seed round, along with our friends at MetaProp NYC and mState.
1upHealth raises $2.4M to automate secure EHR data sharing
Eniac co-led 1upHealth’s $2.4M seed round along with Meridian Street Capital and Social Leverage. 1upHealth is the “Plaid for patient data.” It empowers patients with access and control of their data, simplifies workflow for healthcare providers and enables an API for developers.
The platform supports more than 300 healthcare systems, in more than 1,000 locations, and has hundreds of developers using its APIs.
Portfolio company Anchor acquired by Spotify
Our portfolio company Anchor has agreed to be acquired by Spotify in a significant acquisition. In the three short years since we led their seed round, Anchor has created significant value, becoming the dominant platform for creating, distributing and monetizing podcasts. As of January 2019, Anchor powered 40% of all new podcasts.

Attentive awarded Mobile Marketing Company of the Year
Attentive was named Mobile Marketing Company of the Year at the DMN Awards. The annual award honors the most innovative marketing strategies and platforms across categories including digital campaigns, leading tech companies, and stand-out individuals.
Eniac portfolio company b8ta acquires Brickwork
b8ta, the company pioneering the new retail-as-a-service model, acquired Brickwork an online-to-offline retail platform, to further enhance their platform and innovate the customer experience of in-store discovery.
Hinge’s acquisition by Match Group is complete
Hinge announced their acquisition by Match Group is now complete. Match said it plans to double-down on marketing and to position Hinge for those looking for serious relationships.
