Enjin Coin is a smart cryptocurrency that allows gamers to create or melt-down game items, and use them across video games & website communities.

To participate in the pre-sale:

  • Make sure you are using a compatible Ethereum wallet
  • Determine how many Enjin Coins you want to own
  • Obtain some Ether
  • Visit the Enjin Coin website and accept the terms & conditions.
  • Send ETH to the official pre-sale contribution address
  • Check your reserved Enjin Coin balance!

Compatible Ethereum wallets

Enjin Coin is an ERC-20 token, which means you’ll need to use an Ethereum wallet that supports sending and receiving tokens.

The following list of wallets are known to be able to receive Enjin Coin tokens:

Do not send ETH directly from an exchange like Bittrex, Coinbase, etc.
Do not send ETH from a “contract wallet” that doesn’t support ERC-20.

Determine how many Enjin Coins you want to own

During the Enjin Coin pre-sale, Enjin Coin is available at a price of $0.03 USD per coin. In addition, contributing over certain amounts will add bonus coins.

$1,000-$15,000 USD receives 5% bonus.
$15,000-$50,000 USD receives 15% bonus.
$50,000-$100,000 USD receives 25% bonus.
$100,000-$1,000,000 USD receives 35% bonus.
$1,000,000-$2,000,000 USD receives 40% bonus.
Over $2,000,000 USD receives 50% bonus.

Here is the calculation for the number of tokens you will receive:
Ether × (ETH/USD Exchange Rate) ÷ 0.03 × (Bonus Multiplier) = Total ENJ

For example, if you are contributing 50 Ether and the ETH price is $360 USD:

50 ETH × $360 = $18,000
Bonus level is 15%
$18,000 ÷ $0.03 × 1.15 = 690,000 Enjin Coins

Obtain some Ether

If you already own ETH, then you’re ready to go, just make sure it’s in a compatible wallet as described in the first section above.

Otherwise, you’ll need to get Ether in order to contribute. You can use a popular exchange like Coinbase or view the link below for some others:

Once you have obtained the Ether from your exchange, be sure to send it to your own Ethereum wallet address before proceeding any further!

Visit the Enjin Coin contribution page

Almost done! You can now visit the contribution page. Accept the terms and conditions and use the optional calculator to check the ENJ you will receive:

Click the Send button in your wallet, and then copy-and-paste the official contribution address listed. If your wallet asks you for a “Gas Limit” use 200000. The “Gas Price” may be left default.

After sending Ether, please allow 5–10 minutes for your transaction to be fully confirmed on the Ethereum network.

Check your reserved Enjin Coin balance!

Visit the account balance page on the official Enjin Coin website:

You can enter your account address (found in your Ethereum wallet) into this page to see the number of Enjin Coin tokens you will receive. All pre-sale tokens will be sent out from October 1st to October 3rd, before the public crowdsale period begins.

Any extra contributions you make during the pre-sale period will add-on to your balance. Your total tokens may even qualify for a new bonus level if you decide to increase your balance before the end of the pre-sale.
