After more than a year of development, we launched EnjinX — an Ethereum explorer designed with a pivotal mission in mind: to speed up mainstream adoption of blockchain technology by making its data easily accessible to everyone.

The third Enjin Wallet update brought advanced blockchain gaming features, new supported games, and the results of an extensive security audit.

An extensive Enjin Wallet security audit and penetration test was also completed by the ORU security team, which found no issues that could be used to compromise the wallet or the cryptographic keys stored in the system.

In our everlasting quest to push mass adoption of blockchain technology past the tipping point of ubiquity, we opened the gates of token creation to everyone.

In early December, Titan Flight Studios announced adoption of the Enjin Platform to integrate blockchain technology into their new arcade game ReBounce, an upcoming esports title, and future retail gamification projects.

HEX World

Developed by Ruined Canvas, HEX World is a competitive free-to-play multiplayer strategy game featuring blockchain-based worlds. With its initial public release showcasing “homeworlds” where players will be able to gather items and battle each other, HEX World will also soon feature user-generated blockchain-powered items.

Mid-December, AlterVerse, a gaming and world-building universe where users can play and create an infinite number of interconnected games and worlds, joined our Early Adopter Program and the Enjin Multiverse with plans to integrate blockchain into 17 gaming worlds.

It’s no secret that Enjin loves Korea. From our Korean Team to our presence at key industry events in South Korea — such as Unite Seoul, BIC Festival, and the Global Blockchain Policy Conference — we remain committed to advancing adoption of blockchain technology in Korea and across the world.

In November, we took another step toward achieving this goal by partnering with the Korea Mobile Game Association and Korea Blockchain Contents Association.

What’s Next?

Think about what the printing press did for the advancement of our global civilization.

Books were no longer reserved only for the tiny few that were wealthy enough to afford painfully, manually written records of knowledge and art. The printing press turned once luxury items into something that could be produced and distributed affordably, quickly, and en masse.

We’d like to do the same for the digital “books” stored on the decentralized ledger—to enable anyone and everyone to easily create, manage, store, explore, trade, distribute, and integrate blockchain-based assets.

That’s what the Enjin Ecosystem is all about — enabling billions to have access to this world-changing technology.
