Vision without action is merely a dream.

Action without vision just passes the time.

Vision with action can change the world.”

— Joel A. Barker

Ten years ago, Maxim Blagov and Witek Radomski founded a small company based in Singapore.

Fueled by a profound desire to push the boundaries of technology, they entered the merciless gaming industry battleground armed with nothing more than unrelenting creativity.

Their first product was a simple, easy-to-use platform that anyone could use to build and grow a gaming community—the Enjin Network.

The Enjin Network defied the odds, growing from a startup into the largest social gaming website in the world, a thriving network of over 20 million users across 250,000 gaming communities.

Enjin’s story is one of growth.

It’s a story of innovation.

A story of vision.

Now armed with a decade of experience, we’re still pushing the boundaries of technology—but on a larger scale.

Here’s what we’ve done so far:

Ecosystem Development

Enjin Platform

  • Platform API: In mid-March, we launched the Enjin Platform to Ethereum’s Testnet—a Platform as a Service (PaaS) that enables developers to create and manage blockchain games without the complexity of building and maintaining any blockchain infrastructure or writing any blockchain-related code. Comprised of the Trusted Cloud, Platform API, Wallet Daemon, and Blockchain SDKs, it is a robust, flexible, powerful suite of tools and services designed to be an on-ramp for mass adoption of the Ethereum network.
  • Blockchain SDK for Unity: Along with the Enjin Platform, we also launched the Blockchain SDK to the Unity Asset Store, putting the power of our tools in the hands of 4.5 million Unity game developers.
The Blockchain SDK is featured on the homepage of the Unity Asset Store.

Enjin Wallet Swap

The fifth Enjin Wallet update brought in-wallet token swap to the world’s most feature-packed cryptocurrency and blockchain asset wallet.

You can now use the Enjin Wallet to seamlessly convert nearly 200 tokens from thousands of available trading pairs thanks to native integration of three leading token conversion platforms: Kyber Network, Changelly, and Bancor.

This update also brought new EnjinX-powered features to the wallet, with hashes and addresses linked to EnjinX and an explorer link in the main menu.

Enjin Beam Reveal Codes

Last year, we launched Enjin Beam, a first-of-its-kind technology that enables seamless distribution of blockchain assets via any visually accessible medium.

Last month, we announced a new type of Beam called “Reveal Codes,” which enables game studios, retailers, and other businesses to send next-generation ERC-1155 assets containing hidden messages via Enjin Beam.

When unveiled, these hidden messages can deliver benefits such as discounts, event tickets, access keys, gift cards, and more.

With Reveal Codes, your favorite store or brand can now send you coupons, promotional items, and more via your favorite blockchain wallet — from burgers and pizza vouchers to software subscriptions and gift cards for your preferred gaming platform.

This update also brought device notifications for inbound Ethereum-based cryptocurrencies and assets, several updates to the in-wallet token swap system, and an updated transaction page.

Adoption

It’s everything.

Makerverse

In mid-January, the Blockchain Robotics Engineering Consortium (BREC) announced its adoption of the Enjin Platform for Makerverse, a multiplayer online robotic engineering simulation that enable users to engineer, collaborate with, buy, and sell machines via an integrated workshop, open world simulation, and marketplace.

Dyverse

South Korean augmented reality (AR) app developer VREX Lab announced its adoption of the Enjin Platform for Dyverse, a marketplace where users can collect and trade blockchain-based AR characters and items.

Dyverse users will be able to interact with their ERC-1155 blockchain assets via VREX Lab’s mobile AR content creation app Kydy and other extensions.

Beany Studio

IT solutions company Beany Studio announced that it will adopt the Enjin Platform and integrate blockchain into upcoming action game BeanyBeanie, global advertising platform MagicEspejo, and online food delivery services Miugodo and EnvioGT, as well as use Enjin Beam for marketing purposes.

CoinGecko

To celebrate Chinese New Year, we partnered with CoinGecko to give away CoinGecko-themed NFTs backed by ENJ.

Containment Corps

Developed by Nimbus Interactive, Containment Corps is an online first-person shooter that mixes elements of tower defense, cooperative strategy, and traditional FPS action—and will soon feature blockchain-based items.

Containment Corps is currently available and free to play on Steam.

Kriptomat

In early February, regulated fiat-to-cryptocurrency exchange Kriptomat became the first exchange to announce adoption of blockchain assets to gamify user experience.

Just one week later, Kriptomat also announced the “Kriptomat Multiverse,” a collaboration with eight game developers that will support Kiptomat’s blockchain assets in 24 games.

The European exchange also launched kriptomat.enjinx.io, a custom-branded blockchain explorer powered by EnjinX.

MyCryptoCheckout

ENJ was listed on MyCryptoCheckout, a cryptocurrency payment gateway that enables anyone to accept ENJ as a payment method — and receive coins directly into their wallet of choice.

Global Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Exchange (GDAC)

A week after listing ENJ, South Korean exchange GDAC announced adoption of the Enjin Platform and launched the world’s first web-integrated rewards program featuring ERC-1155 assets.

GDAC also adopted EnjinX to create gdac.enjinx.io, a custom-branded blockchain explorer for its users.

SENS Research Foundation

In March, we partnered with the SENS Research Foundation to launch the SENS Donation Store, a donation platform that leverages the power of our blockchain tools and Ethereum-powered ERC-1155 assets to help spark a revolution in medical research paradigms and kickstart a true rejuvenation biotechnology industry.

In return for their contributions, donors receive tangible rewards in the form of unique non-fungible tokens (NFTs) called “SENS Collectibles,” which will grant holders extended life within supporting games — including multiple members of the Enjin Multiverse.

So far, we’ve raised $20,000 via the SENS Donation Store and will continue to accept donations via sens.enjin.io throughout the year.

Changelly

After natively integrating Changelly’s exchange platform with the Enjin Wallet, our partnership continued as Changelly adopted EnjinX to launch the custom-branded changelly.enjinx.io explorer for its users.

To celebrate this collaboration, Changelly also hosted a giveaway of ENJ-backed “Major Tom” tokens, which are playable in 22 blockchain games.

Enigma Games

Enigma Games announced they will be joining the Blockchain Gaming Multiverse and integrating blockchain into five games, starting with Shield of Shalwend, which is currently in open beta.

The Six Dragons

Just one week after the launch of our Blockchain SDK for Unity, The Six Dragons integrated blockchain with unparalleled speed, demonstrating item drops, crafting, and leveling.

Kingdom Karnage

Kepithor Studios announced their adoption of the Enjin Platform for upcoming release Kingdom Karnage, a turn-based, tactical, animated combat trading card game.

Forgotten Artifacts

Using the Blockchain SDK for Unity, action role-playing hack and slash dungeon crawler game Forgotten Artifacts demonstrated blockchain integration shortly after its release to the Unity Asset Store.

Kyber Network

After natively integrating Kyber Network with the Enjin Wallet and enabling users to seamlessly swap tokens without leaving our secure wallet app, Kyber Network adopter EnjinX for a custom kyber.enjinx.io explorer.

COSS

Staying true to its name as the “Crypto One-Stop Solution,” COSS adopted EnjinX to provide users with a seamless transaction verification experience via coss.enjinx.io.

Events

Our team attended, sponsored, and spoke at some major events and conferences across the world, including the world’s largest professional game industry event.

Moving Forward

During Q2 2019, our primary development focus will be on launching the Enjin Platform to Mainnet, which will facilitate the mass utility of Enjin Coin as a minting resource.

With our blockchain game development tools now publicly available for anyone to use, we’re building momentum fast.

Just one month after its release, over 3,800 innovators have already registered to use the Enjin Platform, and our Blockchain SDK has been downloaded more than 470 times on the Unity Asset Store.

The path to mass adoption is no longer just about building the technology—it’s now about convincing the gaming industry to take advantage of the marketing, monetization, and crowdfunding solutions we offer.

We offer game developers the chance to build the games of their dreams, on their own terms, serving their gaming community first, without having to worry about attracting publishers and investors.

We are creating a new games market where every developer and player can have ownership over his or her own destiny, and we call on the Enjin Army to spread the word throughout the crypto and games community—with the ultimate goal being to bring them together as one.

It’s time to band together and charge forward one single movement.

In the meantime, if you’re a developer interested in early access to Mainnet, we have something special in store for you—so stay tuned.

A significant portion of our powerful ecosystem is now complete.

Our vision is crystal clear.

Our resolution is unwavering.

And we’ve only just begun.
