Product Update — March 13, 2019
Welcome to our first product update as EnjoyHQ! Let’s dive into the recent improvements made to the platform:
To start, your ability to search just got a huge upgrade with recommendations and smart filters. Whenever you type in the search bar, helpful recommendations will show up — this makes searching your feedback data faster and easier than ever before.
Our smart search filter helps you capture more results by looking for content that is similar to the content of your query. Using this filter, you can expect to capture expanded results that account for things like pluralities and misspellings.
This also means that your rules have been upgraded with the ability to pick up expanded results, making automated tagging of feedback more powerful than ever before.
A search bar has been added to the classifier editor, making it easier for you to add tags and properties to highlights, as well as add documents to project inboxes.
When viewing search results, you can now arrange the document feed by “Recently Created” or “Recently Updated”.
Lastly, to save screen space in your account we’ve redesigned the main menu with icons that have labels when hovered over.
