For the past year I have been living and working in a large corporate environment, where “leading as a host” has made its entry with a bang. Of unbelief, mainly. Sometimes of warm sympathy. And teachers and trainers wondering how to teach it.

For this reason I have been working on an intercultural pedagogy of host leadership. I am thinking. Tinkering. Doubting. Hesitating. Starting all over again. Knowing not. Seeing not yet. Not yet entirely. Working the clay. Designing workshops. And writing (for instance, here and here).
